CONDENSED MILK LINE
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
"In PROYECTO J, we take pride in closely collaborating with our client in the exciting development of a NEW LINE of Condensed Milk. Our team provided solid support to the technical area of the factory, ensuring that every step of the project was carried out with PRECISION and EFFICIENCY.
Our main functions included PROJECT MANAGEMENT and ADMINISTRATION of resources, as well as engineering support. We were committed to delivering comprehensive and quality solutions that met our client's expectations.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In PROYECTO J, we proudly lead the modernization of the powdered milk dumping line for a FOOD INDUSTRY. We have enhanced the efficiency and quality of the process by replacing the previous infrastructure with a denser phase.
WORKING IN CONJUNCTION with the Plant's Technical Department, we have managed all phases of the project with precision, from planning to execution. We are committed to STRICTLY MEETING established DEADLINES, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients.
NEW EVAPORATOR
ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT
PROYECTO J played an active role in the management and administration of resources during the installation of a new evaporator in a dairy industry.
Our main functions included performing detailed ENGINEERING, as well as providing technical SUPPORT to our client's engineering department, SUPERVISING and MANAGING various aspects and resources of the project. We efficiently coordinated civil, assembly, and installation activities. At Proyecto J, we embrace our clients' challenges as our own, always striving for excellence in every project we undertake.
