Welcome to "Project J", the fruit of the union of two leaders in industrial and professional services, SyC & JES . More than a decade ago, we began this exciting journey together in the picturesque town of Firmat, in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina.
We specialize in providing SERVICES to a wide range of INDUSTRIES, ENTREPRENEURS AND CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS. START & DESING
1. CONTACT:
In this initial stage, we receive your project or idea. Our team is responsible for evaluating and understanding your needs and objectives. We generate a preliminary budget for your consideration.
2. INTERVIEWS:
We conduct in-depth interviews with you, our client, to fully assimilate the idea and requirements of the project. During these conversations, we take debriefing minutes to ensure we capture all the essential details.
3. PROPOSAL:
After understanding your needs, we generate a proposal that includes the Basic Engineering of the project (sketch, layout, diagrams and images).
4. VALIDATION:
We present the proposal for approval. Once we receive your approval, a record of acceptance of the “Proposal” is recorded.
PHASE B
DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT
5. DEVELOPMENT:
During this stage, we focus on carrying out the Detail Engineering of the project. This includes the exhaustive creation of the documentation necessary to bring your project to fruition.
6. DELIVERABLES:
We validate the development of the project and deliver the results. We provide a calibration and acceptance document for the "Development" and deliver the complete project file.
PHASE C
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
7. FOLLOW-UP
During this optional phase, available upon client request, we offer construction management services and continuous project monitoring. We provide project progress reports to keep our clients informed about its advancement.
